The Bo City Council has received funds from Road

Maintenance Fund Administration (RMFA) for the

Maintenance (Ball Stone- Porthole Patching) along Section of Kortigbuma- Reservation Road, Bo City and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the maintenance No, BCC/RMEA/NCB/M/OOI /2024 of:

1. Bidding is opened to all National contractors that have registered with Ministry of Works, Housing and Infrastructure (MoWHI) : Financial Class 2 or Better and because of the nature of the job bidders are therefore encouraged to participate in the bidding process.
2. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 am, 4:45 PM. (Mondays Fridays)
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders and upon payment of a non – refundable fee of NLe 300.00 (Three Hundred Leones) only into the following accounts:

6. Bids will be publicly opened on Friday 18th October, 2024 at 12:30 Noon in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the conference room, Bo City Council. Late bids will e rejected and returned unopened to bidders,
