Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Sierra Leone Public
Procurement Act, 2016 and Guidelines
Procurement for Works Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from the Office of the
Procurement Kambia District Council, Barracks Roads Kambia II between (9:00am 5: 00pm (Sierra Leone Time) from Mondays to
Fridays.
Bidding documents may be purchased and collected by interested bidders upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL500.00 (Five Hundred Leones). Bids must be delivered to the office of

Bids will be opened on Friday 2Oth
September, 2024, at 11:00 am (Sierra Leone
Time) in the presence of bidders’ or their
representatives who choose to attend at the
Conference Room, Kambia District Council,
Barracks Roads, Kambia II
Late bids will be rejected nd returned
unopened to bidders.
