The House of Parliament has received funds from the
Government of Sierra Leone for the PROCUREMENT OF
VEHICLES

and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of:

* VEHICLES

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate:
* Capable of pre – financing the goods

previous experience of the bidder for the past five years
annual turnover for the past five

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect
the bidding document at the address below between 10:00
A.M to 4:00 P.M working hours. Bidding documents may be
purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 500
(Five Hundred Leones). Payment for bidding document should

be done as follows:

A valid Business registration certificate
A valid tax clearance certificate;
A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
A signed Integrity Pact;

Bid Security of Le 55,000 (Fifty Five Thousand
Leones) from a reputable Commercial Bank;

Bids will be publicly opened on 30th September, 2024 at 12:10
PM, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives
and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late
bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
