The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of
Finance has received funds from the World Bank towards the
Accountable Governance for Basic Service Delivery Project
(AGBSDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the
funds to be implemented by Falaba District Council for the:

Partial quotation shall be declared non responsive. Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate adequate capacity to
deliver the said Goods including the under listed criteria:
1. Nationality of an eligible Country (Sierra Leone)
2. Bidder must not have been debarred by NPPA or other
reputable institution certified by the employer.
3. Evidence of similar goods that have been successfully
and substantially supplied within the last 24 months.
4. Suppliers that had unduly protracted Supply contracts
are not eligible to Bid.

A formal treasury or Bank receipt must be presented by the bidder to the Procurement Unit of Falaba District Council
before any bidding document is given out. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before
Monday, 23″ September, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by:
A valid Business registration certificate
Bid Security of Three Thousand New Leones from a reputable Commercial Bank;
A valid tax clearance certificate;
Local Council Certificate (as per locality of bidder
A valid NASSIT clearance certificate
A signed Integrity Pact; (see attached
Audited Financial Statement for the Last three
years/Line of Credit for a Commercial Bank
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, 23″ September, 2024 at 12:00 mid-day, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened
to bidders.
